Margaret joined the company in December 2024 and currently serves as our Office Administrator. With a degree in Hospitality Management and over 20 years of experience across various customer service roles she brings a well-rounded and client-focused perspective to the team.

 

Known for her commitment to creating seamless experiences for clients, Margaret takes pride in being able to assist in any way possible. Passionate about teamwork and customer satisfaction, she is always looking for ways to improve processes and make things better for everyone involved.

 

Outside of work, Margaret enjoys spending time with her family, staying active in her kid’s extracurricular activities, and gardening.

Josh started his public accounting career working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tampa, FL. In 2001, he established our firm.  With over two decades of experience, Josh specializes in providing tax and financial advisory services to individuals and small businesses.  He enjoys teaching clients the complexities of our tax system, helping them to enhance their own personal financial well-being.  Josh prides himself in putting forward his best self and ensuring clients receive the greatest value and highest quality service we can provide.  He wants every client to feel valued and appreciated.

 

Josh has taught accounting and taxation at multiple colleges in the Southeast.  He possesses a real passion for the discipline and enjoys sharing his experience and knowledge with both his clients and his students.

 

Josh is a member of the Rotary Club of Burnsville.  His best days are when serves the interests of others before himself.  

 

Outside of work, Josh jumps at the chance to spend time with his wife, Haley.  They enjoy sharing hikes together, traveling, or just watching a good television series.  They live on a farm.  Josh and Haley have a black lab named Harley who is a valued member of the family.  They also raise Angus cattle and Mammoth donkeys on their farm. 

Paige is passionate about guiding clients toward achieving their business and financial goals. With over two decades of experience in retail banking—including nine years as a Senior Vice President at a prominent Kansas City-area bank—she brings deep industry knowledge and a client-focused approach to every relationship.

 

Paige holds an MBA (1996) and a Master of Science in Information Systems (2020), blending strategic business insight with a strong foundation in technology. An active member of the local Rotary Club, Paige values community involvement and service. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Kat O’Reilly joined the company in October 2025 as our Bookkeeper. With over two decades of combined military and public service, she brings extensive experience in acquisition, supply chain, and project management. Kat embodies the following core values—Honesty, Service, and Competency—which guides both her professional and personal approach to work.

Katharina holds a Master’s degree in Management (2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2015), and she is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting to further enhance the comprehensive support she provides to our clients. Outside of her studies and professional responsibilities, Kat enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and caring for her miniature dinosaurs—better known as chickens.
